The 6739 processor was an entry level chip TWO YEARS AGO. Quad 1.5 so no wonder why it runs a Go version. It's not going to be able to handle anything other than the most mundane tasks.
It's intended to be the most affordable phone possible. So... yes.
At least its a 64-bit SoC, unlike what they could have put in there... like, say, a QC SD 212 SoC which is still 32-bit, and which is still used in some devices in our day. There are worse, and even less-capable, processors out there. The low-end so...
