Clearly, once again, Verizon cares more about perception than actual customer satisfaction. Hey Verizon, how about beefing up your existing 4G network so I don't have to worry about citywide network congestion first?
Same with T-mobile, they just keep spewing 5G, 5G, 5G, yet they can't even fix what they have to make it work in the places it should.
