Could be worse

Like Sprint trying to pass off WiMax as 4G
Nevermind, I saw for only a (reported) 10Mbps difference, it's just as bad.

No surprise

This comes as no surprise. AT&T did this back when 4G became a hot word. They had 4G LTE phones which were on LTE and 4G phones that ran on HSPA+.

4G Plus

AT&T should’ve called it “4G+.” By calling it 5G, they’ve opened themselves up to the possibility of lawsuits from disgruntled customers as well as competitors who might challenge their claim.
Some lawyer somewhere is just counting cash already thinking of this...
