If a company promises someone a certain amount of data and the violate their terms they will and can be sued..... I am sick of hearing all the cry babies who really think Net Neutrality was really protecting the little guy and the customer. When these Evil Corporations that you all scream at back something such as Net Neutrality that should tell you so much. At the end of the Day the government wanted to be able to control our lives, and also regulate something else so they can make taxes higher as they are not high enough already lol. If theses companies start screwing people over, then another company will offer to take the customers and if there is not another choice, then new companies will rise up and take the business and provide you b...

Nonesense. Building a brand new terrestrial data network with wide availability is insanely expensive and takes years if not decades.

Therefore, I think it is reasonable to lift net neutrality over wireless providers where there is a decent number ...
