If a tree falls in the woods and nobody hears it didn't really fall?

They can "kick off" as much 600Mhz service as they want but at the end the day it makes no difference whatsoever since there are no devices that can access it, and won't be at least not until around the end of this year, and even then it will only be available on a couple devices, if that.
... the journey of a thousand miles.......
And watch carriers obligate their customers again to switch out phones so they can access everything.
2G>3G WCDMA>HSPDA>4G>LTE. Hopefully all the North American carriers get on the same boat early with compatible frequency bands.
...
It's up to the phone manufacturers to add that functionality. The upcoming iPhones and Notes are already anticipated to have access.
