What a rip

I guess thats why verizon is one profitable mother.
i think they see the success of navigator with a per day option and hope it will carry over. problem is that you know what you're going to get with navigator, Vcast is a crap-shoot. Depends on what happened cool...yesterday 🙄

it's all about the options!

Question...

I use the Vcast feature because I use the unlimited email and mobile web to browse the internet while on the fly. If I use just the mobile web alone for 5.00 dollars it will go against my minutes while I surf or check my email. I do like the video vcast feature but I KNOW I could live without it. My friend got his phone to only use the vcast feature and NOT the mobile web. (I actualy saw it on his bill) for 10.00 dollars. I know this may be too much for ask but can I do that the other way around? meaning... get the unlimited mobile web for ten dollars and exclude vcast video??

per-kilobyte data charge?

"Recently Verizon also began allowing subscribers to access the music store without a VCAST subscription. A daily VCAST pass could save those subscribers looking to download music to their phones high per-kilobyte data charges."

What does it mean a high per-kilobyte data charge? If a subscriber wants to download music from the music store, don't they just pay the $1.99 for the song plus the airtime in minutes?
you are correct as far as i know, not sure where they got the kilobyte charge for downloading music, it has always jsut been airtime if you didn't have the vcast pack was my understanding as well
