Verizon To Get Another High End Motorola

Why the heck do they always get the good phones. They are all wasted on Verizon; they get raped of features and have the same OS. Why couldn't Cingular get this one?? HeIl if they get the CDMA version of a GSM phone, couldn't Cingular at least get a variant of the V3x to have the 850 band.....ba$tards!

Hopefully Alltel will get this phone as well so we don't have to deal with the hideous UI, and just use Alltel's phones!

Was it not on the other previously launched RAZRs? It is optimistic to count on an anomaly, but not very logical. FYI I was not "bitching", why would I? I don't have VZW I am in no way affected.

Actually, Verizon's UI is on the Chocolate. Try using a non-Verizon Chocolate and you'll see.

The LG Chocolate on VZW does in fact have the VZW UI. I have seen the chocolate and played with it a bit at the VZW store. If this phone does become available through VZW, it'll have the VZW UI on it. No doubt about it. So it would take Alltel to offer this phone so people can flash it with the Motorola UI on it from Alltel.

jay means in general, as a whole regarding the networks, not specific markets. In any market, one carriers network will be better then the others but taking the entire nation into consideration....

Well I have not travelled the US to find out which network is actually better but I have used Cingular for many years as well as T-Mobile ...
I now use VZW and I can say that for me VZW has the best network in South FL by far (from my experience)...
I dont agree that Cingular's network is better as a whole though... I think that the Verizon's CDMA network is much more robust...

YOU must be joking, both Sprint and verizon have great networks (for different reasons) but the fact that Sprint and verizon customers get use of both for the most part is what makes them the best. However, I agree that cingular DEFINATELY does NOT have the best network... not even close.

Don't be too pessemistic, the you may be surprised regarding the Razr Max and Cingular.... Verizon may have it coming but it's going to be awhile for sure. As with all phones, it will be some time before the GSM version is ready to go here. You can't be certain that it's NOT coming to Cingular yet.

I have to disagree with that claim just took a road trip from Buffalo NY to Orlando FL me and a friend i have cingular and he has verizon my phone had alot more bars and no dropped calls then his verizon phone. he dropped 5 calls on the way down. and had way less bars then Cingular. maybe your claim is right if you live out in gods country but so not true near highways and city's

you do realize that on almost every major highway and every major metro city all the carriers have almost identical coverage, so if your friend and you were having different signals, and you never dropped a call or whatever your seeing in your mind's eye....I call shenanigans on that.
