Think its for t-mobile, your dumb.

Ha, the illusive 8525. If you beleive this is 'bound for t-mobile', SORRY. That is what is soon to become the 8525, also know as a CINGULAR PHONE. It is in testings, but is a black label phone. Point being, idk how but some how aparently someone snuck one out because this phone isn't suppose to leave the offices but oh well now. Suprise ~ ๐Ÿ™„
Oh, forgot to mention. Besides the specs they have labeled, it has PTT; not that anyone cares but had to put in my 2 cents. ๐Ÿ‘€
Who says T-Mob won't get it under a differant name. It seems like T-Mob and Cingular share like 75% of their phones, and if they don't share, they have similar models (E315 to the E317, MDA to 8125, 6101 to 6102). Atta way to call people "dumb", real ...

Its also ugly as he//
Just curious, but if the phone doesn't even officially exist (no official specs, release info, etc), how can you know that?

Lol... get this....

This phone is uglier than your mom. And your mom is so ugly, that when she smiled, the police arrested her for public indecency. No but seriously, this is the most non-eye appealing phone I have ever seen. Lol whoever gets this, good luck!!!
Looks aren't really everything, look at the Nokia 9300, its the ugliest brick I've ever seen, and yet the thing is pretty damn amazing, only thing it misses is a camera. Chances are this phone will look better in the end. HTC has been known for making...

How about I get it and hit your mom in the face? Haha, j/k?

See, they say Q killer. . .

But the Q itself is nothing more than a "Blackberry Killer", and last I checked, the Blackberries are far outselling the Q. I think in most cases that once products start emerging that are called the "[whatever] killer]", than [whatever] is pretty damn successful. How many times have we heard "iPod Killer" in the past 3 1/2 years? Has it happened yet?

That said, I don't think the Q is anywhere near successful enough to have it's own "killers" after it, at least not yet. I think the new Blackberry Pearl, and future Blackberries with cameras/wifi/GPS, whatever will only expand RIMs wireless empire.
I totally agree Blackberry did it first and IMO did it best. though the excalibur is a very nice phone i dont see anyone rushing out to get it,but if RIM made one of these I think everyone would it comes down to who the consumer trusts and hears about...

In saying "Q killer", we don't mean to imply anything about whether we expect this model to be successful or not. We only mean that HTC seems to have designed this device to compete with the Q (and BlackBerry, Treo, E61, etc.)
...
The Excalibur competes more with the Q because both are Windows Mobile Smartphones. The Samsung i320 is also in that camp, but "i320 killer" doesn't quite roll off the tongue the same way as "Q killer". ๐Ÿ˜‰

BlackBerrys have a similar form facto...

wow...

they really took some thought in designing that thing! Looks like an oversized calculator to me. Oh well... ๐Ÿ™‚
I think it's kind of ugly... but maybe my opinion will change once I see it in person.

Did anyone else...

start humming/singing the Queen song, "Killer Queen"? I love headlines....

Remember, there really aren't any specs to say who, what, when, where, how, and why about this phone, just this pic and a seemingly small blurb. I am hoping to find out more in the future. I'm hoping that what it lacks in looks it makes up for in other stuffs.

Remember the bag phone. *shivers*
