I kinda like it

👀 I must be the only one but... It is a little better looking than the new "Q Killer"
Then again... my favorite colors are black and green.... (which is why I like the Migo...)
the migo would be cool if it wasnt a child phone... i like the color too

Man oh man....

😳 companies are coming out with the lamest phones lately... and by far the ugliest so far. God just go back to the Razr... at least it was eye appealing and not horrific!!!! 😉
what do you expect. they are not know for style. motorola is not the best by far. i think sony ericsson is better for the quality and for the design. motorola is only trying to push the limit as far as compressing all the data, but it loses a little b...

this is pimpin

if only verizon would have something cool like this... 😢 . never will happen though. I think everybody misses the point by calling this ugly. a manufacturer that ships source code and everything with the phone is obviously taking some very cool steps to support the Open Source Revolution. The possibilities are endless. Truly. Vive la Linux!!!
How is noticing how blaringly ugly a phone is "missing the point"? A phone can perform well AND look good, right? If Linux is a "next" technology, shouldn't there be multiple handsets? And if so, why would I choose this one?
...
the only problem is that Verizon believes in exactly the opposite of the Linux platform, lock down everything (including using the same crummy UI on every handset). I don't see this getting released for any US carrier but I am sure that since it is q...

It's about time.
...
It's actually not too bad.

It looks odd, true, but I don't dislike it at all. Plus, it runs a rock-solid OS. Finally a phone who doesen't run Winblows Mobile.
If this phone is green, why not make it to glow in the dark???? 🤣
oddly enough i think this is the new trend.

i cant tell you how many nokia's are ugly but ar the top performers and offer so much features.

not only are phones getting uglier but they have that retro-ugly behing them. this phone remindes me of ...

I don't think...

I don't think most of you get it...

it's not an end-user phone.. no one's going to buy this phone to make calls on..
it's a development platform, it doesn't matter how it looks..
the reason this is an awesome phone is it's an open platform with all the source code included..
you can use this to develop programs to use on other phones.
i think there will possibly some end-users that have these phones, but they will probably be the type that use them to test out the latest software moreso than as a communication device. 😉 I agree that the big deal is the "open" nature of this ...

So the whole arguement is that since no one will make calls on it, it's "allowed" to be uglier then hell, right? OK, just making sure we are on the same plain...
