Still Drops Calls

I don't know if any of this new-fangled stuff is live in Oklahoma City but as of yesterday, and since late June, I continue to see incoming calls routed directly to voicemail and to have calls fail to connect when I make them on their 4G network even with a cell amplifier properly deployed (three bars on window unit; 9 on house unit). If I absolutely HAVE to make a call I use a Samsung Katalyst, on UMA WiFi. I hope it isn't live here because that means there is still hope for improvement.

This vs Verizon's LTE-A

So how is this better than Verizon's?
