Nearly as Powerful????????????????
In what way is a SnapDragon617 nearly as powerful as a Snapdragon 820? Don't do Drugs! Does PhoneScoop do random testing? Might be time. The 617 gets horrible reviews in most instances. It's slow, laggy and is nowhere close to the performance of an 820, or 810, or 808, and probably not close to an 805 0r 801.
Oh, and after having the ZTE Axon 7, I hope the Mini actually has a mic that works. That's one of the Axon 7 issues among others....weak radios come to mind as well.

I have the SD 617 in my HTC One A9 and there are no performance issues whatsoever.....and I say that coming from a phone w/ a SD 810 prior.
