Music equalizer problem

I bought an LG X Power a few weeks ago & downloaded Spotify music on it, all features worked great. This phone was stolen & I replaced it with the exact same type of phone and re-downloaded Spotify music.

The problem is that this time around the Equalizer control function does NOT show up on the app for me to use and I noticed that that this time the app is a different version than the one that was on the previous phone.

I contacted Spotify support services & they said that while they understand I may have purchased the SAME make & model, the software & features may be different and that I should contact the manufacturer to see if this SAME new phone has an Equalizer control function available on it for me to use.

I think they give you fake or masters copy phone. Some time people cheat with us and give us copy phone. But do you know this phone is really worse for you. This phone is expensive but so poor performance. I read this article http://www.china-prices.c...
