One Word: UGLY!

That horizontal screen makes the phone look ugly. I like the live tv part though.

It's ONLY horizonal (Widescreen) when watching tv, otherwise, it's a normal flip phone, the screen rotates for tv viewing.

In these coming years, more, and more increasing displays, on cell phones, laptops, and especially televisions, will ALL be w...

They had this phone at the Qualcomm shareholder meeting

It was running MediaFlo
But, Verizon Wireless is going to be using MediaFLO, not Sprint PCS

That was a prototype. Samsung has already produced about a half-dozen different TV phones using this exact form factor - some commercial, some prototypes for demo only.

Korean Phone

I rented this phone when I was traveling in Korea last month, this phone is awesome! REAL Live TV, widescreen viewing, etc..

Nearly every young kid has his phone over there, mainly because it is in alot of popular tv dramas and Samsung AnyCall is sponsored by Korean celebrities

it cost $460-600 USD though for this phone with a new line of activation in Korea...but hopfully much cheaper here in the US

I cant wait for this phone to come out!!!

I can't wait to get this in our store!! Give it to me now!!!!!!!!!! 🙂

(I'm sure it has a pretty hefty price tag tho)
THIS, though not necessarily on Sprint's network, but --IF-- I have to leave Cingular, for this handset I will, THIS is what I've been waiting for! ! ! ! Widescreen viewing, heck yes, the ONLY way to go! ! ! ! ! ! !

I saw the same rumor a couple weeks ago.

I assume someone just saw the M250 model number - and that it was coming to Sprint - and (incorrectly) assumed that it was the Uproar 2 since the original Uproar was the M100.

But I'm 99% sure that the M2...
