Qualcomm Develops One Chip For Multiple Mobile TV Standards
DO THIS MEAN DIFFERENT TV USE OPTIONS OR ROAMING AGREEMENTS?
i know this one chip will save cost sooner or later.
but does it mean roaming agreements or that the carriers may offer a different choice of which tv service to choose from?

My guess is roaming, as usual, Cingular will be using the same standard as the rest of Europe, DVB-H, so I'm sure down the road, there will be roaming agreements between Cingular/Telefonica/Orange/Vodafone/Deutch Telekom.
