Oh the irony..

The ironic part here is that Sprint REALLY needs penetration. Their PCS G network isn't cutting it. Not for in building penetration, not for speed, not for capacity. Their 2.5Ghz Clearwire LTE isn't going to work in any building, period, ever, no matter how much the "densify" the network, unless those antennas are put inside buildings and homes, which I doubt they are able to do.
They kinda need the 600Mhz to balance it out, offer in building coverage, can use that to augment their network, buying a bit of time to deploy properly in aggregation with PCS and 800Mhz to provide great service. Which is why sprint spark uses 800, 1900 and 2500 for both voice and data. The very idea of adding another frequency is ridiculous. If they waste money on that spectrum that would be resources they should be using to build out their existing network. ...
