These patents never should have been granted anyway...

One of the patents in question are for creating links in text fields, like when you can click on a phone number in a text or email and it opens in the phone dialer. My Treo could do that.
The other is for slide to unlock, yet another feature that was available on some phones before Apple. Sounds like BS to me, that they were ever granted, and also that a judge could find for them again, so Im guessing the judge just got a lifetime of iDevice upgrades.

Where was the appeals court? Cupertino?

Samsung phones have never looked like iPhones. iPhones are now looking like HTC phones. And copying a bunch of features in Android. Who is copying who?
Will if your apple, everyone is copying you the poor underdog all american company.

But...

Even in 2014 the phones in question weren't actively being sold.
