That whole "Net Neutrality" mumbo jumbo ain't looking so bad now, huh Big Blue?
I find it hard to believe they didn't have the throttling language in the fine print. But if they didn't, that should be a violation of false advertising laws already in place and no need for extra rules under net neutrality.
