Ting is awesome.
It was pretty cool before when you could use most any old sprint phone, put the ESN into your account online and its active, no calling or chatting anyone. Want to enable MMS or mobile hotspot or move a number between devices? Login and click the button. Now you can do the same with any unlocked GSM device, and no activation fees on SIMs either.
Their pricing smashes anyone else too, my buddy on a $40 unlimited thought there was no way he could save money but he was wrong. Even if you dont use a line, its just a $6/mo line fee per device, and then they just charge you for what you actually use per line, 0-100 minutes is $3, 101-500 is $9, and so on. The same for text or data, and the rates are comparable at high levels as well as low.
