Gemalto to Investigate SIM Card Hacking Claims

A little late Gemalto...

This info actually "broke" over a year ago, so maybe the Gemalto people need to brandwatch their own company so when "breaking" news about the security of the most popular SIM card in the world "breaks", they will know. Personally Id fire their whole Risk department, they get paid to track and know things like this.
I doubt their stock will tank, they're the only real game in town but this could potentially put a huge dent in their business.
Its not "breaking" news however, its actually very old news to anyone that was paying attention to Edward Snowden and the info they have released.
