Domain Name

Heh, interesting ....

I did a whois lookup on rockitalk.com (and rockittalk.com) and they both were registered May 5th, 2005 and only were registered for 1 year. Most companies register for more than that! They really must not have been expecting to run for the long-haul.
Eh, not necessarily. I only renew my domains on a yearly basis in case I'm able to be offered better deals by renewing the domain with another company, and at the time of renewal of the domain, offer me better server packages with bigger total bandwid...

Rockit /Americas PCS MVNO = NO

Rockit is NOT an MVNO...and niether is another brand that he uses, Americas PCS....look for it - americaspcs.com He is a "reseller" of a reseller. I believe the real MVNO is Consumers Cellular from the east coast that sells private branded post pay plans. This company is not the culpable party, they are probaly just the another victim. Rockit bought post paid plans from them and turned them into prepay and hoped the customer would not go over the minutes allowed
Chad Hawkins is a young kid (probably no more than 25) and has kicked around this unlimited idea for 4-5 years. It wasn't until 2 years ago he tried on Sprint (again as a reseller of a resller) and failed under the name of Americas PCS.
He is good at making things look profe...

Did you sell this product.

😡 I hate this product. I sold this rockittalk in Houston. Rockittalk took my money and all of my customers deposit. The President of the company Chad Hawkins has no experience in the business world. A master dealer asked him for the P&L. His response was "what is a P&L jessica?" Chad Hawkins did not know what a P&L statement. Profit and Loss stupid president. He did not give any money back to any customers or dealers. He simply took our money and ran. Do not give him your credit card number for the CDMA product. He committed fraud during the GSM product. He withdrew twice the amount on ACH debit transactions. One dealer got a debit of $11,000. The $11000 was not approved. F**K this product if I were you. I am still out of $10,000 and will t...

first... and what the eff?

How can this be legal? That they would take peoples money and then start up again? Seems ridiculous.
Legal Action? Certainly people who were clueless enough to go with this company would at least have the brains to pursue some sort of action?

A far better question would be how Verizon could let a suspect company offer service over its ne...

Legal? I wouldn't know, but it's certainly not ethical. Even though RockitTalk is simply "renting" spectrum, I hope Cingular (and potentially Verizon) takes action as the landlord to set things straight with their users.
Ok, play the cingular ringtone backwards and it says "BURN IN HELL ROCKITTALK!" It sounds so cool but leave the lights on when you do this!!
👿 arent they owned by starr communications? the same company that ripped me and my friends off for $300? they should be locked up.
