Most Android phone can take screen shots by pressing the power and home buttons at same time. Have not been able to do this with duraforce. Any suggestions?

Yes, for the DuraForce, press the power button and the volume down button at the same time for screen captures.

email won't set up
We recently switched carriers and my husband got the Kyocera DuraForce phone. It will not allow him to set up his email to Charter. US Cellular said to call Charter. Charter said to call Kyocera. Kyocera is closed for the weekend. It will not set up automatically or with the manual input.
