Verizon Says Throttling Plan Inline within FCC Guidelines
It's Time...
...for the FCC to stand up to Verizon. It's bad enough that they were allowed to take over Alltel which was a clear violation of the agreement Verizon had which was supposed to keep its paws off of Alltel for ten years. Verizon always agrees to terms and then alters the deal when it is already on the ground. Enough already.
