I've had the problem of third party charges I didn't add or use when I was a Tmo customer. I solved it by switching providers.

That's what you get when the FCC chairman is ex Verizon. AT&T dropped prices to compete, Sprint tries to buy the competition, and Verizon screws the competition with government power. Corruption at it's finest.
When was Tom Wheeler with Verizon. He was with T-mobile.
