Samsung to Update Wide Range of Galaxy Phones to KitKat
Yaaaay?
Can someone tell me what are the greater diferences between JellyBean & Kitkat?
There are small differences, the most noticeable is how Google now is available from the home screen instead of having to launch the app. However, everything seemed to run smoother. I tried it on the Nexus 5. Liked it but it wasn't a big change from Jelly.
It would be most welcome though đ
Plus you can try out (Depending on OEM) ART which compiles the apps farther at install, bigger app size on storage, but apps should run even more smoother because it doesn't have to compile and run an app at the same time so more CPU power for your app.
So a more smoother experience, I've notice an hour or two more battery life a day, but your mileage may vary.
So you won't be able to organize any folders you've created on the microSD card. No adding, moving, or even deleting.
If an application has created its own "system" folder on a microSD, then it can access it. But these "system" folders don't always exist, nor are they ones that can be renamed or moved.

So KitKat 4.42 makes File Manager applications just about useless.
