Apple Gains Two Small Wins in Pending Patent Case

Apple's patent hunt was annoying ten cases ago now its just borderline stupid. Just because you have more money then you know what to do with don't cause a million wasteful cases. Instead invest that money in research and development so your next iPhone has more invovations then just a finger print scanner, and a new amber colored flash. 64 bit processor is nice, but since the majority of apps and games most people play require a fraction of that power to work, it was just added to hope that "real" gamers will actually ditch their home consoles to play shiny games on their iPhone.
