How come they didnt go after Motorola for ripping off the Blackberry keyboard with the Motorola Xprt?

They got a point.

Put a picture of the Typo next to a picture of the Q10, and they look pretty darn the same. 🤨

BlackBerry is probably just upset that they didn't think of this before. This could've probably been what brought them back.
BB should have waited, and sue after it makes some money!
Then again, the thing is hideous and makes the iphone like 8 inches long. Perhaps it wouldn't have sold very well

Yeah, there's a lot more validity to this then there is with Apple's claim to have patented rectangles with rounded corners.

Blackberry is the only reason keyboards still exists! To this day, I still miss real keyboards, and retain bitter resentment towards the industry as a whole for not continuing to offer at least one model with a real keyboard.

how about...

Selling to mophie and making this into a juice pack. And while you're at it, stick a microSD card slot in there and an NFC antenna and qi wireless charging circuit in there too. I'd actually consider using an iPhone with an accessory like that.
