Pretty Serious Accusation.

I'm no lawyer. So, this post is strictly a guess.

I believe Google's withdrawal from the bid for Nortel, has placed Google in a position where a counter-sue is forbidden in this case. This certainly does not help Google and almost seems imminent that Google will need to pay up if found guilty.

However, if memory serves correctly, the consortium of Apple, Microsoft and the others (now known as Rockstar), felll under extreme review that this group could unfairly be used as an anti-competitive, anti-trust advantage. This leads to my next thought.

While I'm not sure what legalities will transpire, consumers most definitely have the most to lose if this lawsuit prevails. Google makes money off advertising and a high percentage of consum...

What would Rockstar do if Google just bought Blackberry?
What a noble idea. Google Should buy Blackberry.

first Google attack

All attack on Android, not sure if this is, has been on OEM's not Google. This looks like Google is starting to be the center of the this patent war.
