Stratosphere II - Does the naming even mean anything?

Am I missing something or is the "Stratosphere" series completely redundant when they have the Galaxy series? With the "Rugby" series the you know a device will be rugged, a "Captivate Glide" series would imply a device has a slideout keyboard, and the "Note" (sub)series means a device will have a massive screen. From what I can tell "Galaxy" and "Stratosphere" mean nothing more than a flat slab Android-based Samsung-produced phone. The name "Stratosphere" name is really redundant and basically irrelevant, right?

Looks like a Galaxy 5

I had a Samsung Galaxy 5, and besides the copper/gold colouring, my phone looked identical to this one, including the back behind the cover. It really was not a very good phone.
Just wanted to correct that for ya!

looks like an upgrade to the stellar

Maybe they will call this a galaxy mini?
Hopefully it'll be free after rebate. The only problem with the stellar is it doesn't have a flash and the camera is only 3 MP. This will be a welcome addition. We need to remember that budget phones are just as important, if not more so, than flagship phones.
