Sync Problems
My new Casio C811 Commando will not "sync" with my 2012 Ford F250 pickup. The Verizon dealer tried two other phones, a Windows 8 and a Motorola; both synced flawlessly. We then tried my phone in his Ford F150; the sync also failed.
Apparently something is wrong with the software in the new phone to make it compatible with Ford's Sync system. We called Casio but received no assistance.

No PTT?
I guess the fact that this new model appears to have no PTT button says a lot about Verizon's intentions WRT PTT service.
It does have a large "tactile key" on the left, below the volume rocker. It's a shortcut to the app of your choice; the default is the Glove Mode app.
It looks like a PTT key, although I'm not sure the phone supports that service at the moment.

Curious about the OS
Im just curious if someone has happened t get their hands on one of these what version of android does this phone run. I can't seem to find it mentioned anywhere if it has been??
It's Android 4.0.
