Wonder what's up.

Not like they can afford too many delays at this point.
My guess is the Z10 was given to US network operators at the end of October (which RIM widely announced), and the Q10 was given to the carriers later, perhaps in November or December. The carrier approval process takes on average five months. There's ...

What did you expect from Blackberry they do not have massive resources like Apple or Samsung. Samsung can release 10 phones in 10 countries in 10 days all without breaking a sweat.
