Apple making the rules.

Ha! How do we know Apple didnt rewrite the agreement once they had to show it to Samsung.
Design and user experience- Does Apple get to decide who is copying their design and user experience? Looks like they selected Samsung and not HTC for being guilty on this front.

Somewhat understand Apple, but...

I can somewhat understand why Apple is so litigious here considering they stole the desktop GUI thing first only to find Microsoft's shoddy Windows OS taking over the world. In the 00s, Apple made the whole smartphone thing mainstream and, once again, others are swooping in to take what Apple thinks ought to belong to Apple. Because of their history I can see why they are being so aggressive, unfortunately I think this doesn't really touch upon why Apple is always so easy to marginalize. Apple is, once again, focusing on image and attempting to make their name a designer name brand instead of focusing on getting their products in as many hands as possible.

It's like Apple wants the best of both worlds: it wants the lack of competitio...
