Nice title

Based on the title of this article, it seems like Softbank is some kind of pimp, purchasing Sprint's "Boots" for several billion dollars.

Just sayin'

AT&T Dips Its Oar In

Nice of AT&T to be watching out for the US consumer that way. By golly, they are such a consumer oriented bunch of guys there trying to make sure OUR spectrum is not controlled by a foreign power.

Of course AT&T misses the point. No company controls spectrum in the US, companies buy the rights to use it eitrher directly from the government is an auction or on the secondary market. WOW! Just how low will they stoop?

Dayum! MOST Everyone at Sprint is a bonified alcoholic! This is a thinly veiled excuse to fly over to Japan on the corporate AmEx and scarf down some spring rolls and butt-chug some hot sake!

This is the same company that in Kansas City refers a local bar as an executive meeting room and jokes openly about having management team builders concerning building up their alcohol tolerence and on Orlando the local Applebees asked them kindly not to come back again formally as a group.

Watch Out Kobe Steakhouse! The tawagoto is gonna hit the fan NOW!

Who didn't see this coming?

Looks like Japan might end up with a very huge stake in the good old US of A. I hope they at least make things better.
