sprint sucks customer service

sprint will once it thinks it will make the look good till the catch no fire for it they will do what they can to take profit from anyone in any situation.
Sprint is helping. Here is the article. They are also donating $500k to the Red Cross.

That's good but...

If people don't ave electricity and their phones aren't working....how are they going to find out that they can charge their phones at a carrier store?
