Good guys???

When I ran a cellphone store several years ago Sprint was one of the sorriest companies I had ever worked with. Not sure how they have managed it, but they certainly seem like the good guys these days.
Hah!

Didn't their CEO Dan Hesse say something about he wanted to be the Good guys about a month ago?

Looks like their wish came true!

Late Fees

If I was in a hurricane hit area the last thing on my mind would be what bills need to be paid. So I applaud Sprint for help ease some of the stress in those areas.
You're right.
Regardless, Sprint has the habit of stepping up first in these circumstances despite their $$$ woes.
VZW, T-Mobile, AT&T usually wait until someone else steps up first and then to save face, follow.
