ALL LIES

This article is 100% UNTRUE.

T-Mobile is NOT Nixing any jobs at all.
Not one, and certainly not 1900.

Every single T-Mobile employee who works at a current call centre will be given opportunity to transfer to one of the currently existing ones. No employee has lost their job.

"""Though the facilities scheduled for closure employ 3,300, about 1,400 employees will be added to the remaining 17 call centers, offsetting some of the job loses to a net of 1,900 positions."""

The above statement could not be farther from the truth. The closures will affect up to 3,300 employees, but NONE of them have lost their jobs. 1,400 is the number is NEW employees that are being hired by T-Mobile DISPITE this closure.

competition and lower pricing will cause this

As pricing goes down, so do the number of customer call reps available. If you can get by with little to no customer service then it will work for you. Next month T-mobile is cutting data roaming down to 10-200mb per month depending on the plan you're on. While some people can live with this, unfortunately I can't so I will have to go to a different carrier.
