Failed AT&T Deal Paved Way for T-Mobile's LTE Play

hopefully , this will help T-Mobile in the short run. I know that it's a six year roaming agreement as well. Let's see if they can compete now, but part of me knows that they will be sold one day and one less of the big boys will be around.
The problem is not T-Mobile being sold, but rather their being sold to Verizon, AT&T or Sprint. We need another option. If someone else takes over T-Mobile...GREAT!

What happens at the end of the 6yrs? Tmo loses access to ATT's spectrum? What then, how will losing the roaming effect Tmo's LTE network?
