Contract required?

Sounds tempting. Would it require a contract and would caps over 10 GB be available?
It probably would require a contract, and I would hope they have a 30gb at least for home use.

If they are charging you Equipment / Installment of $199, there should be no contract.

I have service with a company called Cogeco where I live, and they only require a contract if you take free / discounted equipment from them. If you pay full ...

This announcement

and product seems to fly in the face of the argument that they need more spectrum very quickly. Especially considering their argument for buying all that spectrum from the cable TV companies is that "certain areas of their LTE network will be at capacity as early as next year". So let's just launch this product will allow every connected device in your home to use the "limited" spectrum they have.

Add their push for NetFlix subscriptions along with 'double data', and they seem to be saying several different things at the same time.

I know right? I don't think I have ever been under 10 GB, ever since ever having high-speed home service. I have 2 Laptops, 2 Smartphones, PS3, XBOX 360, and iPod 4G.
