Microsoft recently provided an update to its Windows Phone 7 Connector application for Apple computers. Version 2.01 now includes new features such as syncing with Apple's Aperture program; file drag-and-drop; ringtone transfers; better video conversion; and new support for WP7.5 Marketplace. The new desktop software makes a number of improvements to back-up and restore, podcast syncing and photo imports, iTunes support, and metadata support for videos. The update also fixes bugs. It is a free download from the Apple App Store.
