Sprint Pushing Gingerbread to Samsung Epic 4G

Sprint today confirmed via its support forums that it is delivering the Android 2.3 Gingerbread update to the Samsung Epic 4G. The update also improves Bluetooth audio quality, fixes Exchange HTML email performance, and improves notifications.

HTC doesn't make the Epic, Samsung does.
lol. Yep other then that. About time!!!!

The Epic sucked so much on Android 2.2 lets see what it can do now with Gingerbread 🙂. Hopefully a good fix for all the issues this phone has had.

Yay! A phone is getting last year's version of the OS when the new version of the OS is hitting next week for other phones. 🤣

I for one miss the days when buying a new electronic gizmo meant that whatever form it was in when it left the store was the way it would be until the heat death of the universe.

I don't know when exactly it became common to expect periodic 'update...
