The judge overseeing the Department of Justice's antitrust lawsuit against AT&T concerning its proposed acquisition of T-Mobile has decided to allow Sprint and C Spire to pursue their claims against AT&T. District Judge Ellen Huvelle will let Sprint and C Spire's lawsuits move forward under their theory that the merger could have profund effects on pricing and availability of wireless phones to smaller players in the market. AT&T had sought to dimiss the lawsuits. In a statement, C Spire Wireless said, "The Court's ruling today will ensure that all parties harmed by AT&T's proposed takeover of T-Mobile will have the benefit of a fair hearing. C Spire is pleased that it will have the opportunity to continue its fight for American consumers, and for the principles of competition and innovation that should drive the wireless industry."

Everyone is looking out for themselves while att is made to look like the only enemy. Att is doing what any other company would do even sprint which is looking to survive.
