HTC Sues Apple Over Patents

HTC has returned fire at Apple in the form of more patent litigation. HTC claims that Apple is infringing on three of its patents pertaining the computers, tablets, and smartphones. HTC filed the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court in Delaware and hopes to block Apple from importing its devices into the U.S. HTC is also seeking compensatory damages and triple damages for willful infringement. Apple has filed a similar complaint against HTC.

Seriously, this would be like Ford suing Chevy for making cars and trucks.
Dude, I couldn't agree with you more.
This is getting friggin' ridiculous.
Never going to end unless the patent system gets fixed.

Feature phones

🤣 Is this the end of feature phones or is there any additional things comming out. It looks like all the powers to be are concentrated on the Smart phones. Does this mean we all will have to go and get a smart phone soon and pay the additional money for the data packages.
