What 1 GHz processor?

Is it a 1GHz Arm 11 or 1 GHz Cortex A8 from Ti (with SGX530)or 1Ghz cortex A8 from Samsung (with SGX540) or 1GHz Qualcomm snapdragon first gen (with Adreno 200)? 2nd gen with adreno 205?

What about main memory (DRAM)?
