Speaking to Bloomberg, HTC Chief Financial Officer Winston Yung said that the company is willing to sit down and talk to Apple regarding the patent lawsuit between the two companies. "We have to sit down and figure it out," he told Blommberg. "We're open to having discussions. We are open to all sorts of solutions, as long as the solution and the terms are fair and reasonable." Both companies are entangled in an on-going series of patent battles that also include RIM, Nokia, Samsung, Motorola, and others. The ITC has recently sided with both Apple and HTC regarding two separate lawsuits.
