Facebook today announced several new features for its social networking service. The first is a feature called Video Chat, which will let Facebook users conduct live, two-way video chats with one another. The feature is being powered by Skype and will be rolled out to most users within the next few weeks. Facebook also announced Group Chat, a way for users to chat with more than one person at a time. Last, Facebook has redesigned the chatting interface. Facebook said that initially these services won't be available from mobile devices, though Skype offers mobile video chatting to a number of mobile platforms, such as Android and iOS.
