Samsung Asks ITC to Block Apple Products

Samsung has filed paperwork with the U.S. International Trade Commission requesting that Apple be blocked from importing its iOS devices — including the iPhone — into the U.S. Samsung and Apple are in the middle of a heated patent war regarding mobile devices, and this is a typical move made by the litigants. Apple has yet to file similar paperwork with the ITC.

APPLE WILL SUE OVER NEW Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1

If you haven't seen it, it's looks like a dup iPad2. Except it's Android Platform and it will work on the 4G LTE network with Verizon. I'm wondering if Apple will sue over this too.

samsung did not copy apple!
it' the other way around!
iphone looks alot like samsung phones!
apple is the copycat!
You do realize that the iPhone is older than the samsung touch screen phones right?

The first full touch screen phone Samsung produced was the Eternity in 2008. The original iPhone was released June 29th, 2007.
