Omnivision today announced a new CMOS camera module for mobile devices that can capture 5-megapixel images and record 1080p HD video at 30 frames per second. The OV5690 uses 1.4 micron backside illumination and is 20% thinner than Omnivision's previous designs. The OV5690 can also record 720p HD video at 60 frames per second. The module is sampling to key customers now and will reach mass production by the second half of the year.

Awesome!

I had an Omnivision once, it played Atari games with an adapter or am I confused???
The article basically states that Omnivision has made a camera lens for mobile devices that can take more HD video then what you see on the market now for other devices.
