RIM Updates Facebook for BlackBerry Beta

Research In Motion today provided an update to the beta version of Facebook in the Beta Zone. The most note-worthy change of the updated beta is that it now supports devices running BlackBerry OS 5 (previously it only supported OS 6). The new beta also adds features to the IM application, adds the ability to view Mutual Friends and Friends List from the info tab on profiles, and it is also now more fully integrated with the BlackBerry platform. The new Facebook beta is free to registered members of the Beta Zone.
