Google Makes Final Android 3.0 and SDK Available

Google recently made the final version of the Android 3.0 Honeycomb platform and associated software developers kit (SDK) and application programming interfaces (APIs) available to developers. With the final platform and SDK, developers and hardware makers have all the tools necessary to create Honeycomb applications, devices and services.
