MapQuest Intros New Android App

MapQuest today published a new mapping application in the Android Market. This 1.0.0 beta software offers a wide range of features, including free voice-guided, turn-by-turn directions; walking and driving directions; real-time traffic with auto re-route; satellite maps; and voice search. The beta applications is free, and requires devices running Android 1.6 and up.

Don't bother

Graphics suck. UI lousy. Google maps newer version is way better. Mapquest...where have you been? You are five years to late coming to the dance. Stick with Google. Their navigator is terrific...taught me all about my new city in two days.
no, i refuse to use google navigation! when on freeway, google navigation will say "Take exit 56 for highway 80". WTF! when you driving, you want to look at screen the less the better. why this garbage about "take exit 56" for highway 80. why can...
