ITC Agrees to Hear Motorola's Complaints Against Microsoft

The U.S. International Trade Commission has agreed to review Motorola's complaints regarding patents it believes are being violated by Microsoft. Motorola Mobility filed the lawsuit earlier this year, alleging that Microsoft is infringing on its patents with its XBox gaming consoles. Motorola is asking the ITC to bar Microsoft from importing the offending products, as well as monetary compensation for damages.
